You can receive my card by sending me your card(no matter is drew by yourself or just buy from anywhere) AND fill in the reply form.

Prepare your card.
I accept any type of Christmas (or New Year) card, no matter is hand drawing/ digital painting or just buy from anywhere. All you give me will be treasured. (',, • ω • ,,) ♡
Fill out the Application form.
Please be sure to fill out the information, in order to avoid the card to miss sending.
Please check it carefully and make sure you have filled in all the blanks.
Remember to hand in the form during 2015/11/7~12/18.
